Payment

At Campus Riding Equipment Ltd., payments can be made with Visa Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.

Shipping

Delivery with GLS

Expected delivery time: 2-3 business days.

We aim for quick delivery but reserve the right for delays due to conditions with GLS.

A shipping fee of 50 DKK is added to shipments for delivery to a parcel shop if the purchase is below 499 DKK.

Cancellation Policy As a consumer, you have a right to 14-day cancellation period when shopping with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to inform us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to (insert email address) or use the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously informing us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in one order.

Note that you do not get the shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

Return

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible if there is damage during transportation.

Missing original packaging or damaged packaging may result in a depreciation, so to ensure a full refund, it is recommended to return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

Include a note with the order number and your request. REMEMBER to send the item to our address, as we do not pick up packages delivered to parcel shops.

Items excluded from the cancellation right

The following types of items are excluded from the cancellation right:

Delivery of items made according to the consumer's specifications or that have received a clear personal touch Items beyond the normal range ordered on the customer's request.

Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value, and it is due to your use of it beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and the way it works, you can only get a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you only get the shipping costs refunded.

You are only liable for any depreciation in the item's value resulting from handling it in a way other than what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that, upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you provide documentation that you have returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.

Complaints

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases. This means that you have a 24-month warranty.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the error. If you complain within two months after discovering the error, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you and do not disclose it to third parties unless necessary to complete the order.

Personal information is registered with Campus Riding Equipment Ltd. and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their purposes.

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information. The data controller on https://campusriding.dk/ (insert webshop URL) is Campus Riding Equipment Ltd.

You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it.
